GLOBUS Events (formerly VNU Exhibitions Asia) has announced a strategic partnership with Messe Stuttgart and Deutsche Messe to launch a new trade platform in Bangkok, Thailand, dedicated to the building and interior finishing industries.
The new platform will feature three co-located exhibitions DOMOTEX South East Asia, R+T South East Asia, and Future Build Asia and will make its debut from 11–13 November 2026 at the Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC).
The initiative expands the global portfolios of DOMOTEX and the R+T Alliance, enabling deeper market reach across Southeast Asia. While the Shanghai editions of DOMOTEX asia/CHINAFLOOR and R+T Asia will continue annually, the Bangkok platform aims to serve as a new regional hub. It also strengthens GLOBUS Events’ footprint in Southeast Asia, adding to its existing portfolio, which includes Pet Fair Southeast Asia.
R+T South East Asia becomes the seventh event under the global R+T Alliance, led by Messe Stuttgart, while DOMOTEX South East Asia joins Deutsche Messe’s worldwide DOMOTEX brand.
The exhibitions will be jointly organised by GLOBUS Events, Messe Stuttgart, and Hannover Milano Fairs Shanghai Ltd., with Worldex G.E.C. Co., Ltd. as the local partner. The platform is supported by key organisations such as the Thai Contractors Association (TCA), Council of Engineers Thailand (CEAT), and Nation Group.
Organisers expect over 300 exhibitors across 14,000 sqm. With Southeast Asia’s construction market valued at over US$538 billion and Thailand’s sector growing at more than five percent annually, the platform is positioned to tap into strong regional demand driven by Smart City projects, the Eastern Economic Corridor, and Thailand’s BCG economic model.
