Global exhibition organiser RX has announced a multi-year strategic partnership with technology services company Endava to enhance its IT capabilities across its international portfolio. The collaboration will support RX’s extensive network of more than 350 events held annually across 25 markets. Under the agreement, Endava will provide managed IT services including service desk support, infrastructure management, field services and application support, ensuring more streamlined and resilient operations across RX’s global events business.
Since the partnership commenced in late 2025, early performance indicators have demonstrated measurable improvements in system reliability and service responsiveness. A high percentage of service desk calls are now being answered within one minute, while thousands of monthly IT support tickets are being handled through a standardized and structured framework. The two organizations have introduced formal governance processes, including regular service performance reviews and strategic business assessments, aimed at maintaining operational transparency and driving continuous improvement across markets.
Looking ahead, RX and Endava plan to integrate AI-enabled workflows and automation tools to further enhance operational efficiency and reduce potential disruptions during live events. The next phase of the partnership will focus on expanding digital capabilities that can proactively identify and resolve technical issues before they impact event delivery. As global exhibitions become increasingly technology-driven, this partnership signals RX’s commitment to building a robust, scalable and future-ready IT ecosystem that supports seamless event experiences worldwide.
