ADITUS Expands Global Footprint with Acquisition of Info Salons Middle East

Germany-based technology company ADITUS has announced the acquisition of Info Salons Middle East, a leading event technology provider headquartered in Dubai, with retroactive effect from 1 July 2025. The acquisition, which includes 100% of Info Salons’ shares, marks a major milestone for ADITUS as it strengthens its presence across the EMEA and MENA regions. The deal follows nearly two years of close collaboration between the two companies, both of which are recognized leaders in visitor registration and admission control solutions.

As part of the transition, Enrico Gallorini is handing over the company to ADITUS, while Chris Lloyd will assume leadership of the Dubai operations, joining forces with Marc Luzoff, Sebastian Grein, and Wilbert Heijmans in steering the company’s next phase of growth. Over the past three years, both organisations have achieved annual revenue growth exceeding 20%, demonstrating their continued success in delivering innovative event technology solutions to global clients.

Commenting on the acquisition, Marc Luzoff, CEO of ADITUS, stated, “With Info Salons on board, we are strengthening our position in EMEA. Our goal is clear: we aim to become the international benchmark for ticketing and registration services.” ADITUS brings extensive expertise in addressing country-specific regulatory requirements such as e-invoicing, fiscalization, and government ticketing APIs, ensuring compliance and efficiency across markets. The company’s open shop API also enables event organizers to design their own custom front-end solutions while benefiting from a stable and scalable technology infrastructure.

Over the next 12 months, ADITUS will focus on harmonising operational standards and processes to ensure a seamless integration. Customers can continue to rely on their existing contacts, with all ongoing projects, contracts, and services being delivered without disruption. Chris Lloyd emphasised the company’s commitment to maintaining stability and trust, saying, “It is important to us that, alongside our customers, our employees also feel a sense of continuity and confidence during this transition.”

With Info Salons’ existing subsidiary in Saudi Arabia, ADITUS gains a strategic foothold in one of the world’s fastest-growing exhibition markets. Lloyd added that the acquisition combines the strengths of two dynamic regions, opening doors for international organizers seeking opportunities in the Kingdom’s rapidly expanding exhibition sector.
