SPACE Magazine and its related hotel interiors portfolio have been strategically acquired from Purple Media Solutions Ltd. by Forum Events and Media Group Ltd., the owner and publisher of the Hotel Designs media brand and a provider of top-notch business networking events. By making this change, Forum Events’ presence in the global hospitality design market is greatly increased, supporting its primary goal of bringing together professionals in the field via live events and relevant content. SPACE Magazine, which has been a prominent voice in the industry since its launch in 2015 and is well-known for its readership among international hoteliers, architects, and interior designers, is part of the acquisition.
By adding SPACE Magazine to Forum Events’ portfolio, a full 360-degree service that includes print publishing, digital media, and live events will be established. The goal of this cohesive strategy is to give readers and business partners in the hospitality and design industries more value and opportunities for interaction. Under Hotel Designs’ direction, the acquired portfolio’s editorial caliber and advertiser relationships- which also include the related brand HotelSpec- will be preserved and strengthened. Forum Events intends to create new digital projects and integrated event experiences while maintaining the magazine’s current format.
